摘要
通过苏云金杆菌对采集的几株野外淡色库蚊种群幼虫的灭杀作用,分析不同环境下,该蚊对苏云金杆菌抗药性的差异。采用幼虫液浸法,测定不同淡色库蚊种群幼虫对苏云金杆菌的LC50。结果显示,苏云金杆菌BTH-14对采集的几株淡色库蚊种群幼虫有不同的灭杀效果,其中采集于苇坑种群的试虫对苏云金杆菌表现出一定程度的抗性,但到F2代,该种群抗性消失,表明这种抗性不能通过遗传形成持续抗性。结果表明不同的孳生环境会影响淡色库蚊幼虫对苏云金杆菌的抗药性,但其抗性不能遗传给后代。
This paper analyzed the resistance to Bacillus thuringensis (BTH-14) of Culex pipiens pallens larvae from different growing environment in Jining. The method of liquid immerse was adopted. The LCs0 value to BTH-14 of mosquito larvae from different growing environment were mensurated in laboratory. BTH-14 had different killing effect on Cx. pipiens pallens larvae collecting from five habitat. The lethal concentration of mosquito larvae (A-E) were 17, 11, 13, 7 and 35 mg/L. It was shown that the mosquito larvae from the hospital gutter were the most sensitive to BTH-14 followed by mosquito larvae form the hennery gutter. It was worth mentioning that the larvae collected form the reed pit exhibited the resistance to BTH-14. But the generation of them could not inherit the resistance. The growing environment may effect the sensitivity of mosquito larvae. The resistance of Cx. pipiens pallens larva to BTH-14 could not be passed down.
