摘要
目的探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析我院自1992年1月至2010年5月手术治疗的45例肺硬化性血管瘤病例的资料。行肺叶切除30例，肺肿块楔形切除15例，26例行同期系统淋巴结清扫。结果全组术后无并发症和死亡。32例随访3个月～16年，均无复发，生存情况良好。结论肺硬化性血管瘤具有潜在恶性及转移倾向，无特异性的临床表现，术前难以确诊。手术切除是唯一有效的方法，手术治疗预后良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung （SHL）. Methods The clinical features, treatments, and prognoses of 45 patients with SHL operated in our hospital from Jan. 1992 to May 2010 were reviewed. Thirty patients underwent lobectomy,and 15 patients underwent wedge resection,and meanwhile,26 patients underwent systematic lymphadenectomy. Results There was no postoperative complication or death in all cases . Thirty - two cases were followed up for 3 months to 16 years and no recurrence occured. Conclusion SHL is a tumor with potential for malignancy which has no specific clinical characteristic, and accurate diagnosis of SHL before operation is difficult. Surgical resection is the only effective treatment available for SHL providing good prognosis.
