摘要 TELETREK家庭远程临控系统主要由家用医疗器材、数据传输器及网络监测界面组成,可对患儿无创正压通气家庭治疗情况进行远程监控及临床观察,及时发现异常状况并进行干预.现介绍有代表性的3例伴高危因素的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHs）患儿使用TELETREK家庭远程监控系统的初步经验,探讨家庭无创持续正压通气（CPAP）治疗对上气道梗阻相关疾病治疗的有效性,及远程监控系统的有效性及安全性.
