法洛氏四联症21例临床诊治分析

目的总结法洛氏四联症患者21例的诊治经验。方法回顾分析2005年7月～2010年12月笔者所在医院收治的法洛氏四联症行一期根治术的21例患者的临床资料。所有病例均行右心房+右心室流出道切口,加宽右室流出道,补片闭合室间隔缺损,合并畸形者行同期整形手术。结果近期死亡1例,死因为术后低心排综合征,其余患者的情况良好,术后的心功能明显要优于术前。结论对法洛氏四联症患者行一期根治术可以有效的缓解患者的症状,减少对身体的损害,增加患者的预期寿命。

Objective To summary the diagnosis and treatment of 21 tetralogy of fallot patients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 21 cases of tetralogy of fallot patients who treated by one stage radical resection from July 2005 to December 2010.All patients underwent right atrial and right ventricular outflow tract incision,widen the right ventricular outflow tract,closured ventricular septal defect by patchs,Malformations underwent plastic surgery over the same period.Results 1 patients recent death,death in low cardiac output syndrome after surgery.The remaining patients in good condition. Postoperative cardiac function was significantly better than before surgery.Conclusions The patients of tetralogy of Fallot underwent a radical surgery can effectively relieve the symptoms,it also can reduce physical damage and increase the life expectancy of patients.
