糖足愈疡膏的质量标准研究

Studies on the quality standard of Tangzu Yuyang ointment

目的制定糖足愈疡膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对膏剂中的主要药味大黄进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对膏剂中主药大黄中蒽醌类成分大黄素和大黄酚进行含量测定。结果鉴别的样品都能检出相应的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。大黄素在1.04～15.6μg/ml间有良好的线性,r=0.9999,准确度和精密度均良好,加样回收率达99.2%(n=5),RSD=3.1%(n=5);大黄酚在2.08～31.2μg/ml间有良好的线性,r=0.9999,准确度和精密度均良好,加样回收率达99.5%(n=5),RSD=1.2%(n=5)。结论所建立的方法简便、重现性好,为糖足愈疡膏的质量控制提供了依据。

Objective To establish the standard for quality control of Tangzu Yuyang ointment. Methods Rheum officinale Baill were identified by TLC. The content of emodin and chrysophanol in Rheum officinale Baill were determined by HPLC. Results There was good linear relationship within the range of 1.04 ～ 15.6 μg/ml of emodin, correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999, the average recovery was 99. 2% （n = 5 ）, RSD = 3.1% （ n = 5 ） , and within the range of 2.08～ 31.2 pLg/ml of chrysophanol, correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999, the average recovery was 99. 5% （ n = 5 ）, RSD = 1.2% （ n = 5 ）. The blotch of thin-layer chromatography was distinct and the negative had none influence. Conclusion The method is sample and reproducible and provides a method for the quality control of Tangzu Yuyang ointment.
