摘要
目的研究肠内营养加免疫调节剂三七多糖对创伤大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 40只SD大鼠,随机分为四组,每组10只,即正常对照组(A),创伤对照组(B),创伤后肠内营养治疗组(C)和肠内营养加三七多糖治疗组(D);双侧股骨离断及胃内硅胶管置入术建立创伤及肠内营养模型,早期(创伤后3~5 h)给予肠内营养及肠内营养加三七多糖连续治疗6 d,取血测定血清白介素-2(IL-2)水平.结果创伤后大鼠血清IL-2水平明显下降(P<0.05);给予肠内营养及肠内营养加三七多糖治疗后,血清IL-2水平D组明显上升(与B组、C组相比,P<0.05).结论创伤后大鼠免疫功能下降,早期肠内营养及肠内营养加三七可改善细胞免疫功能,对创伤机体具保护作用.
Objective To study the effects of enteral nutrition and enteral nutrition add Panax notoginseng polysaccharide on cellular immune function of traumatized rats.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups(n=10):group A,without trauma(normal control),group B(traumatic control),group C(enteral nutrition)and group D(enteral nutrition add Panax notoginseng)with bilateral femur fractures.Rats in the latter two groups received early enteral nutrition and enteral nutrition add Panax notoginseng polysaccharide in 3~5 hours following stomach intracaval catheterization after trauma for 6 days,blood samples were obtained from heart of rats.Serum IL-2 levels were measured by ELISA.Results The levels of serum IL-2 were decreased after trauma(P0.05).The levels of serum Il-2 were higher in group D than groupB or C(P0.05).Conclusions Trauma impaires the cellular immune function of rats.The early enteral nutrition add Panax notoginseng polysaccharide can improve host immune response to trauma.
