早期食管鳞癌的分型和内镜治疗进展
摘要
早期食管鳞癌（esophageal squamous cell carcinoma，ESCC）是指鳞癌组织局限于食管黏膜下层以内且无淋巴结转移及远处转移者，其癌前病变主要是上皮内瘤变。近年来，早期食管鳞癌的分型及内镜治疗有了很大进展，现综述如下。
