早期显性梅毒患者血清IL-2、IL-10和TNF-α水平检测

摘要 目的:检测早期显性梅毒血清IL-2、IL-10和TNF-α的水平。方法:采用ELISA法检测53例早期显性梅毒患者血清IL-2、IL-10和TNF-α的水平,并用65名正常人作对照。结果:早期显性梅毒患者血清II-2、IL-10和TNF-α水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);一期梅毒患者血清IL-2和TNF-α水平高于二期梅毒对照组(P<0.05),二期梅毒患者血清IL-10水平高于一期梅毒对照组(P<0.05);IL-2和IL-10呈负相关,TNF-α和IL-2呈正相关,TNF-α和IL-10无明显相关性。结论:IL-2、IL-10和TNF-α均参与了梅毒的发病,随着病程进展细胞免疫功能受到一定抑制。 Objective: To detect serum levels of IL- 2, IL - 10 and TNF -α in early symptomatic syphilis. Methods: ELISA for the quantitative determination of serum IL - 2, IL- 10, TNF -α was applied in 53 early symptomatic syphilis and 65 healthy individuals (control group). Results: Serum levels of IL- 2, IL- 10 and TNF -α were higher in early symptomatic syphilis than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Serum levels of IL - 2 and TNF -α were higher in primary syphilis than those in secondary syphilis ( P 〈 0.05) and serum level of IL - 10 were higher in secondary syphilis than those in primary syphilis ( P 〈 0.05). The level of IL - 2 and IL - 10 was negatively correlated, and the level of TNF -α and IL - 2 was positively correlated, and there was no association between the level of TNF -α and IL - 10. Condusion: IL - 2, IL - 10 and TNF -α are involved in the pathogenesis of syphilis, and cellular immunity in early symptomatic syphilis may be suppressed as the disease progress from first phase to the second phase.
