红色毛癣菌性肉芽肿1例 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料患者男，44岁。因面部红斑、鳞屑伴痒3个月，局部起脓丘疱疹、斑块半月于2009年1月29日就诊我科。3个月前无明显诱因患者左面颊起甲盖大小红斑、上覆黄白色鳞屑，伴痒，曾自行外用“派瑞松乳膏、肤轻松乳膏”，效果欠佳，皮疹渐向周围扩大，
