糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胰高糖素样肽-1及其受体表达与胃排空的关系 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病胃轻瘫（diabetic gastroparesis，DGP）指糖尿病患者在无机械梗阻情况下并发的胃动力障碍或胃排空延迟，典型临床表现为腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、早饱、食欲不振。胰高糖素样肽-1（glucagon like peptide-1，GLP-1）是一种新的肠促胰岛素，具有促进胰岛素合成及分泌、抑制胰高糖素分泌、延缓胃排空、抑制胃酸分泌等生物学作用[1]
