以肠梗阻为首发表现的空泡蝶鞍

摘要 患者女，63岁，因“恶心、呕吐20d”于2010年3月29日入院。患者人院前20余天出现左上侧胸壁疱疹并疼痛，当地医院诊断为“带状疱疹”，予对症治疗（具体不详），随后出现恶心呕吐，呕吐物为胃容物，以进食后明显，非喷射性。20d来进食极少，解大便1次，无发热、腹痛、头痛、视力减退，在当地对症治疗未见好转，当地检查头颅CT，
