摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌根治术后常见并发症的防治。方法:对2006年9月～2010年9月我院136例乳腺癌根治术后患者资料进行回顾性分析总结,分析术后常见并发症的原因。结果:本组136例术后皮瓣坏死18例(13.2%),皮下积液21例(15.4%),患侧上肢水肿15例(11.0%),术后出血2例(1.4%),经综合治疗均获痊愈。结论:乳腺癌根治术后常并发症的原因较多较复杂,乳腺癌根治术后并发症是可以防治的,及时妥善处理均可获得良好效果。
Objective To investigate the breast cancer prevention and treatment of complications after radical operation.Methods From 2006.9 to2010.9 in our hospital there were 136 cases of breast cancer patients after radical operation were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,analyzed the reasons for postoperative complications.Results There were 18 cases（13.2%） with skin flap necrosis,21 cases（15.4%） with subcutaneous fluid,15 cases（11.0%） with ipsilateral upper extremity edema,2 cases（1.4%） with postoperative hemorrhage.Conclusion There are more complex causes for complications after radical mastectomy.Complications after radical operation of breast cancer can be prevented.Timely and appropriate treatment can get good results.
