琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在老年慢性充血性心力衰竭中的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中的疗效。方法选择老年CHF患者56例。在常规心力衰竭治疗基础之上,加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,从小剂量开始,渐加至目标剂量并维持。分别在治疗3、6、12个月后观察患者临床心功能改善情况,采用彩色多普勒超声心动图记录左室射血分数(LVEF)并进行6 min步行试验。结果治疗后患者心功能明显改善,3、6、12个月的临床疗效观察,显效率分别为60.7%、71.4%、78.6%,并随着治疗时间的延长改善越明显。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在老年CHF治疗方面具有明确的疗效。
