NF-κB信号通路在病毒感染中的作用 被引量:13

摘要 核因子κB(NF-κB)是一种广泛存在于体内多种细胞的核转录因子。目前已发现NF-κB调节着100多种靶基因的表达,如细胞因子、趋化因子、生长因子、黏附分子、某些急性期反应蛋白以及参与免疫识别的受体和抗原递呈的蛋白质等。这些分子大多数均参与宿主的免疫和炎症反应。
