福建乌龙茶产地环境质量监测与评价

Monitoring and Evaluational of Environmental Quality in the Production Areas of Oolong Tea in Fujian

对福建闽南和闽北两大乌龙茶主产区10 个拟发展绿色食品茶叶的产地茶园土壤和大气环境质量进行了监测。结果表明, 除少数茶园土壤个别污染物残留值偏高外, 绝大多数茶园土壤污染物残留值均较低。超标污染物出现概率大小依次为Pb、Hg> Cd > Cr。10 个产地的土壤和大气环境质量, 基本处于1 级或2 级。大气环境质量中, 以总悬浮物(TSP) 潜在污染威胁较大,SO2 、NOx 、F尚未对茶园大气环境造成污染。10 个产地中, 有4 个产地即武夷山市九曲茶叶精制厂、平和阳山茶厂、天友茶厂和建瓯凤山茶场的环境质量符合AA级绿色食品要求, 5 个产地即安溪湖前茶场、建瓯芝关茶场、岐山茶场、莲花茶场和武夷茶总场的环境质量符合A 级绿色食品要求,1 个产地———坪乡茶场不符要求。

The environmental quality of soil and atmosphere of 10 green food tea production areas (in plan) in two Oolong tea production districts (north and south of Fujian) was monitored. The results showed that, in addition to a high residue level of pollutant in a few tea gardens, the residue of most pollutant in the soil of these Oolong tea gardens was low. The occurring frequency of pollutant that over the permissible limit was arranged in the following order: Pb and Hg > Cd > Cr. The environmental quality of soil and atmosphere in the 10 tea production areas was basically in grade 1 or 2. In the environmental quality of atmosphere the potential pollutant threat of Total Suspension Particle (TSP) was more serious than that of others, SO2, NOx and F had not pollute the atmospheric environment in tea garden at present. Among the 10 Oolong tea production estates there were 4 out of 10 Oolong tea producing estates, Jiuqiu Tea Manufactory of Wuyi Mountain City, Yiangshang Tea Manufactory of Pinhe County, Tianyou Tea Manufactory and Fengshang Tea Estate of Jianou City, met the demands of AA grade green food for the agricultural environmental quality. There were 5 out of 10, Fuqian Tea Estate of Anxi County, Zhiguan Tea Estate of Jianou City, Qishang Tea Estate of Anxi County, Lianfa Tea Estate of Nan'an County and Wuyi Tea Estate, met the demands of A grade green food for the agricultural environment, and 1 out of 10, Pinxiang Tea Estate, did not accord with the demands.
