补益营卫对衰老小鼠皮肤组织tPA表达的影响

摘要 目的:通过观察补益营卫对衰老皮肤的影响,探讨补益营卫延缓皮肤衰老的深层次机制。方法:利用D-半乳糖120mg/(kg.d)皮下注射制造小鼠皮肤衰老模型。利用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析系统评价组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t PA)在衰老皮肤中的表达。结果:造模后tPA表达水平明显增加,与各组相比有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);补益营卫高、中、低三个剂量组均降低tPA水平,与模型组相比有显著性差异,但是三个剂量组之间没有明显差异(P>0.05)。VE可使增加的tPA降低,与模型组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补益营卫通过降低tPA活性改善衰老皮肤状态。 Objective Discuss the deep mechanism of supplementing Ying-wei against skin aging according to the influence of supplementing Ying-wei to aging skin.Methods The mice were given subcutaneouly injections daily with the dose of D-galactose 120mg/(kg·d) in the skin.Using immuneohistochemical methods and image analysis system to evaluate the expression of tissue type plasminogen activator(tPA) in aging skin.Results After the model,tPA expression level increased significantly,and compared with the other groups there are statistically significant(P0.01).The tPA levels in the supplementing Ying-wei groups increased,and compared with the model group there are statistically significant(P0.01),but there was no significant difference in high,middle and low dose groups(P0.05).Conclusion Supplementing Ying-wei can delay skin aging.Supplementing Ying-wei improved ageing skin condition by reduced the tPA aimproved breed.
