摘要
研究了外源激素对烟草离体叶片组织细胞的增殖和器官分化的影响以及诱导叶片组织形成器官所需的作用时间。结果表明，外源激素对诱导烟草叶片组织的分化是必需的，而对启动之后的分化则是不利的。
The author studied the effect of external hormone on the cell proliferation and organ differentiation of the isolated leaf tissue of tobacco as well as the necessary time for inducing the leaf tissue into organ. The results showed that external hormone is essential to inducing the differentiation of tobacco leaf tissue, but is not favourable for the differentiation of leaf tissue after the beginning of differentiation.
