摘要
促进野鸭椿种子的萌发,关键在于解决其种皮的坚硬致密和蜡质层等阻碍种胚吸水的问题。一定温度的热水浸泡种子,可以软化蜡质层和木质种皮,促进种子吸水膨胀,开裂发芽。水温高低和浸泡时间影响处理效果,水温太低,效果不明显,过高的温度长时间浸泡易对种子内部细胞造成伤害。经方差分析、多重比较等方法,对实验室发芽试验和圃地发芽试验所获得的有关数据进行分析和比较,结果表明:60~65℃的热水浸泡20~40 h,是提高野鸭椿种子发芽率的最佳预处理方法。
The key of promoting seed's germination of Euscaphis japonica lies in solving some problems of its hard and dense seed shell and waxy layer obstructing water-absorbent for embryo.Seed soaked within hot water at certain temperature can soften the wax layer and wooden seed shell,and promote seed absorbing water and inflating and the dehiscence germinates.The water temperature and the soaking time influenced processing effect.While water temperature is too low,its effect is not obvious,the excessively high temperature and long time soaking can easily cause the damage to the seed interior cell.Through methods of variance analysis,multiple comparisons and so on,the related data obtained by laboratory germination test and garden germination test were analyzed and compared.The results showed that: seeds soaked within hot water at 60~65 ℃ for 20~40 h was the best pretreatment method to enhance the seed-germination percentage of E.japonica.
