国有林场改革之我见——以进贤县北岭林场为例

在计划经济时代,国有林场为我国的社会主义建设作出了巨大贡献,进入1990年代,由于实施水源涵养林、生态公益林工程建设等缘由,商品林逐年下降,林场经济效益每况愈下,通过对进贤县北岭林场的调研、剖析,对目前江西省实施国有林场改革工作提供决策建议。

In the planned economy era,the state-owned forest farms have made great contributions for the building of socialism in China.During the 1990s,due to the implementation of water conservation forests,ecological forests construction and other reasons,the commercial forests annually declined,economic benefits of forest farms were deterioration.Through the research and analysis of Beiling forest farm in Jinxian County,it provided policies and recommendations for implementation of reform of state-owned forest farms at the current around the Jiangxi Province.
