摘要
文章分析了根系发育能力不同的苜蓿品种接种根瘤菌的效果,结果表明,温室条件下,根系发育能力越强,伤害主根与不伤害主根之间的差异越明显。伤害主根可以有效诱导侧根发育,提高结瘤量,促进地上部分生长发育。田间条件下,根系发育能力越强,接种与未接种植株之间的差异越明显,7 个接种根瘤菌的品种中,耐盐、德国和无棣苜蓿的接种效果较好,保定和秘鲁苜蓿居于中等水平,陇东和同心苜蓿接种根瘤菌的效果相对较差。无棣和陇东苜蓿温室与田间试验呈显著的正相关。
The study was conducted on the effect of rhizobium inoculation to alfalfa cultivars with different levels of root regeneration ability(RRA). It was shown that the higher the level of RRA was, the more significant the difference between the treatment of taproot cutting and the control for cultivars grown under greenhouse conditions. Cutting taproot could effectively induce the production of secondary roots, increase the number of nodules formed, and hence stimulate the development of crown. Under the field conditions, on the other hand, the higher the level of RRA was, the more significant the difference shown between the treatments with and without inoculation. Among the seven cultivars studied, Naiyan, Deguo and Wudi showed the best effect of inoculation; Baoding and Bilu were ranked the next; and Longdong and Tongxin were the last. Significant positive correlation was observed between the greenhouse and the field treatments for cultivars Wudi and Longdong.
