依法治校语境下的民办高校学生权利保障研究

Study on the Right of Students Under the Context of Lawful Management of Private Colleges

当前,民办高校正面临学校与学生行政管理关系的式微,一般权利关系及学校与学生的契约关系增强的趋势。民办高校学生的具体权利包括入学权与升学权、教育选择权、公正评价权以及学业结束时平等的就业权以及生活权、隐私权与安全权与救济权。建立健全民办高校学生权利保障的体制机制,除了厘清民办高校与其学生的法律关系之外,还要用法治的理念,即依法治校的理念和精神来回应和解决实践中出现的学生权利缺乏保障的问题。

At present,multimedia teaching applies more and more generally in police tactics training at police academy.But we have not done deep research in its means,technique and problems during the application process.However,multimedia technology cannot be employed in all the teaching contents and links in the police tactics teaching and training.Meanwhile,multimedia teaching should have various models.We should flexibly apply multimedia technology according to the nature and requirements of teaching contents.However,a series of problems in multimedia teaching practice still demands our attention.
