The evaluation of the effect of "Public Health Excellent Youth" training program in Shanghai

介绍了对上海市公共卫生优秀青年人才培养项目的效果进行评价的方法及过程,分析了评价的结果,指出项目的实施促进了青年人才能力的发展。建议项目从促进青年人才课题进展、加大对特别优秀人才的培养以及实施末位淘汰制三个方面进行改进。同时,外部评价方法需要根据评价对象的背景,灵活调整其指标的权重。

This paper introduced the methods and process of the evaluation of the effects of ＂Public Health Excellent Youth＂ training program.It analyzed the results and pointed out the implementation of this program had promoted the development of the Excellent Youths＇ capabilities.It was suggested to improve the program by advancing excellent youths＇ progress in academic research,accelerate the cultivation of outstanding talents and introduce the elimination system for the persons graded last according to the performance evaluation.The external evaluation needs to adjust the weights of the indicators based on the backgrounds of the objectives evaluated.
