构建高职文秘专业实践教学体系的研究

Exploration on Construction of Practice Teaching System of Higher Vocational College Secretary Specialty

针对高职院校文秘专业教学模式传统老套、职业技能考核过程难以量化、校内外实训基地的作用还未很好发挥的现状,应当采取明确培养目标、合理安排实践教学内容、适时增加实践教学课程、运用灵活多样的实训方式、与行业企业联手开发实训教材、建立有效的实践教学管理体系等对策,并从打造专兼结合的"双师型"结构师资队伍、充分发挥校企合作实训基地的作用、创造良好的校内实践实训环境、构建文秘专业实践实训考核评价体系等方面建立文秘专业实践教学保障体系,以构建一个能凸显文秘专业学生优势的实践教学体系,使对学生的职业素质、职业能力和岗位技能的培养有机融为一体,培养出真正能满足社会需要的高素质、高技能的秘书专业人才。

Aiming at the present status of the traditional teaching mode,the unquantitative vocational skill assessment process,utilizing inside and outside school practicing bases not very well of higher vocational college secretary specialty,adopting the clear cultivation target,arranging practice teaching content properly,increasing practice teaching curriculum in good time,adopting various practice modes,developing practice teaching material with enterprises,establishing effective practice teaching management system,from cultivating double-qualified structure teacher team,playing a college-enterprise practice base role,creating a better inside school practice environment,constructing secretary specialty practice examination system,this paper establishes secretary specialty practice teaching guarantee system to construct practice teaching system which can highlight secretary specialty students＇ advantages,and to make the vocational quality and vocational capability into job skills,then to cultivate the high-quality and high-skilled secretary talent to meet the society＇s need.
