心率振荡与急性心肌梗死后心功能的关系

The Relationship of Heart Rate Turbulence and the Heart Function after Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨心率振荡(HRT)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)后患者心功能的关系。方法:选择并发室性早搏的AMT患者110例,行24h动态心电图记录,计算其早期振荡(TO)和振荡斜率(TS),观察住院后期左心室射血分数(LVEF)及出院时6min步行距离,根据不同LVEF水平及6min步行距离分两组,分析TO和TS水平与它们的关系。结果:LVEF水平正常组(A组)TO明显低于LVEF水平异常组(B组),6min步行距离>300m组(C组)TO明显低于6min步行距离<300组(D组),两组间TS水平侧相反。结论:HRT心功不全程度明显相关,HRT可能作为评价心力衰竭危险分层的新指标。

Objective： To investigate the relationship of Heart Rate Turbulence（HRT） and the heart function after Acute Myocardial Infarction. Methods： 110 Acute Myocardial Infarction patients with ventricular arrhthmias were recruited, HRT onset and slope were measured by the original definitions using Holter monitoring electrocardiogram, LVEF and walking distance in 6 minutes were measured after out of hospitol, Patients were divided into two gooups by levels of LVEF and walking distance in 6 minutes, investigate the relationship of TO,TS and the heart function. Results：There were extremely significant difference in the levels of TO between group A and B（P〈0.01）.There were extremely significant difference in the levels of TO between group C and D（P〈0.01）. But the levels of TS was opposite between two group.Conclusions： There was a significant corelation between HRT and heart function, HRT could be a new predictor of the cardiac high risk.
