复方丹参滴丸对慢性移植肾肾病肾功能的保护作用

Protective Effect of Compound Danshen Drop Pills on Renal Functions of Chronic Allograft Nephropathy

目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸对慢性移植肾肾病(CAN)患者肾功能恢复的影响。方法:CAN患者62例,随机分为治疗组(A组,n=31),对照组(B组,n=31),A组病人常规抗慢性排斥治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸;B组维持原常规抗慢性排斥治疗方案不变。对患者的SCr、BUN、CCr、24h尿总蛋白(24h Upro)、尿NAG酶进行动态观察,共观察6个月。结果:治疗前两组各指标平均水平相近(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,A组的SCr、BUN、CCr、24h Upro、尿NAG酶均有所改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组仅BUN有明显改善(P<0.05),其它指标与治疗前比较无显著差异。A组中肾功能好转18例,稳定10例,恶化3例;B组中肾功能好转7例,稳定12例,恶化12例,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在常规抗慢性排斥治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,能明显改善CAN患者的移植肾功能,有助于早期CAN肾功能的恢复。

Objective： To assess whether Compound Danshen Drop PilIs（CDDP） play a role in improving renal function of patients with chronic allograft nephropathy（CAN）.Methods：Renal recipients who had had kidney transplantation for 6 months and Clinical diagnosis of CAN.62 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in group A（n=31）were treated with immunosuppressive agents and CDDP. Patients in group B（n=31）were treated with traditional immunosuppressive drugs.SCr, BUN, Ccr, and urinary protein in 24 hours （24hUpr）of all patients were measured before and after treatment.Results：After treatment with CDDP for six months, SCr,BUN,Cer,Upr and NAG in patients of group A were significantly improved （P〈0.05）.No significant improvement of SCr, Ccr, Upr and NAG was observed in patients of group B.There was significant improved of BUN in patients of group A or group B （P〈0.05）.In group A, renal function was improved for 18 cases, stabilized for 10 cases, and worsened for 3 cases.In group B, renal function improved in 7 cases,stabilized in 12 cases, and worsened in 12 cases （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：CDDP could improve the renal function of the patients with chronic graft nephropathy.
