米非司酮与依沙丫啶联合应用的疗效观察

Sand Acridine by Mifepristone and Efficacy of Combination

目的:观察米非司酮与依沙丫啶联合用于中期引产的临床效果。方法:将中期引产的妊娠妇女100例,随机分为两组,其中对照组50例,依沙丫啶100mg羊膜腔内注射引产;观察组50例,米非司酮150mg分3次口服联合依沙丫啶100mg羊膜腔内注射引产。结果:观察组与对照组相比,宫缩发动时间提前,排胎时间短,引产成功率高,胎盘胎膜残留率低,产后出血少,无宫颈裂伤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮与依沙丫啶联合应用引产时间短,成功率高,副作用小,是一种安全有效简单快速的终止中期妊娠的方法。

Objective： Isa mifepristone and acridine joint for medium-term clinical effect of induction of labor.Methods：The mediumterm induction of labor in pregnant women to 100 cases, randomly divided into two groups,In which 50 patients were treated, lsa amniotic injection of acridine 100mg induction of labor;Observation group, 50 cases of oral mifepristone 150mg divided into 3 sub-sand joint by intraamniotic injection of acridine 100mg induction.Results：Observed compared with the control group,the activation time of contraction in advance, exclusive tire a short time, induction of labor success rate,residual placenta is low, less postpartum bleeding, no cervical laceration, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Isa mifepristone abortion acridine combined a short time, success rate, side effects,ls an effective simple and fast method of termination of pregnancy, clinical effect.
