银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗高血压患者合并脑梗死后遗症的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗高血压患者合并脑梗死后遗症病人的临床疗效。方法:选取高血压合并脑梗死后遗症病人78例,随机分为银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗组40例,安慰剂组38例,基础用药均给予合理的降压治疗,使患者血压达标。对比分析两组临床神经功能缺损评分,以及后遗症的临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损量表评分与对照组均有显著性差异,临床症状有显著改善,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊能有效改善高血压合并脑梗死后遗症患者的临床神经功能缺损程度,在改善病人远期生存质量方面疗效确切。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule" in the treatment of Hypertension Patient with residuals of cerebral infarction, Methods: 170 patients were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 86 cases were treated with this Capsule and control group in which 84 cases were treated with placebo.All the patients received antihypertensive therapy in accordance with the guideline. The score of nerve function damage grading(NDS) and clinical symptom score were observed before and after treatment. Results:The scroe of nerve function damage grading and clinical symptom score were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group, significant difference was observed in two groups(P〈0.0l). Conclusions: "Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule" can improve nerve function recovery and long term clinical symptom in hypertension patient with residuals of cerebral infarction.
