摘要
操作规程是决定一种钻进方法成功与否的三大因素之一。本文通过对两种具有代表性的中硬岩石(细砂岩和石灰岩)进行实尺寸钻进试验,探讨和揭示了新型钻岩工具复合片钻头(Polycrystalline-diamond-compact bits)钻进工艺规程与各项参数的相互关系和变化规律,从碎岩比功的角度为合理选择工艺规程提供了依据。
<ABSTRACT>
The paper has discussed the re1ation between the technological parameters of
polycrystalline-diamond-compa (PDC) bit drilling and various drilling indexes which
are the rate of penetration (V), the power of rotation on the hole bottom (N), the pene-
trated depth per revolution (△h), the torque on the hole bottom (T), and the specific energy
consumed in drilling process per unit depth. The basis for selecting the rational
technological parameters of PDC bits drilling has been presented based on laboratory
drilling tests in fine grained sandstone and limestone.
