摘要
目的:探讨儿童血铅水平与血液中锌、铁、钙、镁、铜5种微量元素的相互关系。方法:根据污染程度的不同随机整群分层选取我县8个不同区域的4897例3~12岁儿童的血样进行(博晖BH5100T型)原子吸收光谱仪分析,监测血液中铅、锌、铁、钙、镁、铜6种微量元素的含量,探讨儿童血铅水平与其他5中微量元素之间的相互关系。结果:4897例受检儿童的血铅水平在0.024~0.267mg/L之间,几何均值为0.105mg/L,铅中毒的发生率为28.7%;线性回归分析,锌、铁的标准回归系数最大,分别为0.073和0.054,与儿童的血铅水平具有显著差异(P<0.01);用双因素方差分析血铅与血锌、血铁水平呈负相关。结论:儿童血铅水平高可导致血锌、血铁水平下降,铅中毒时可用锌和铁解铅毒.
Objective: To investigate the the relationship between Children's blood lead levels and 5 trace elements.Methods:According to the different degree of pollution stratified random selection of 8 different areas of the county's 4,897 cases of children aged 3 to 12 blood samples (Bo Hui BH5100T type) atomic absorption spectrometer analysis,monitoring of blood lead,zinc,iron,calcium,Magaesium, copper content of 6 trace elements, blood lead levels in children and the other 5 in the relationship between trace elements.Results:The blood lead levels of 4897 ehild^n in subjects is between 0.024-0.267mg/L,the Geometric mean is 0.105 mg/L, the incidence of lead poisonin is 28.7%; The linear regression analysis of the levers of Zn and Fe is 0.073 and 0,054. And children's blood lead levels were significantly different (P〈0.0l),Two-factor analysis of variance with blood lead and serum zinc, serum iron level was negatively correlated.Conclusions:Children with high blood lead levels can lead to blood zinc,blood iron levels drop,lead poisoning, zinc and iron in solution is available when lead poisoning.
