摘要
目的:探讨引起脑卒中患者肺部感染的相关因素及护理措施。方法:回顾住院的673例急性脑卒中的临床资料,分析86例并发肺部感染与相关临床因素的关系,并从各种治疗护理环节进行全面评估和观察。结果:本组673例急性脑卒中并发肺部感染率为12.8%。意识障碍、吞咽障碍以及慢性肺病史与肺部感染的发生有非常显著性关系(P<0.01):高龄、脑卒中类型、脑卒中史等与肺部感染发生有显著性关系(P<0.05)。脑卒中病情越重,肺部感染发生率越高,肺部感染组病死率为15.1%明显高于非肺部感染组3.6%(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中急性期患者肺部感染是由于多种因素相互作用的结果,严重影响其预后。通过采取预见性护理,可以有效降低肺部感染的发生率。
Objective： To investigate the correlation factors and nursing strategies for the patients In stroke associated with Pulmonary Infection.Methods：The clinical data of 673 cases In stroke associated with Pulmonary Infection were retrospectively analyzed and evaluation on variety of medical treatments and nursing aspects.Results：The Pulmonary Infection rate among 673 cases In stroke was12.8% ,which related significantly to coma ,dysphagia,COPD （P〈 0. 01）. Elderly,partten of stroke ,history of stroke ,etc were also related （P〈0.05）.The mortality in Pulmonary Infection was significantly higher than that of no- Pulmonary Infection （P〈0.01）.Conelusions：Pulmonary Infection in patients with stroke was caused by many risk factors, timely provide specific preventative care would effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection.
