我院发热门诊对儿童家长安全用药知识认知行为调查

The Basic Safety Knowledge of Drug Use Survey to Children's Parents in Our Hospital Pharmacy

目的:了解患儿家长对于儿童安全用药认知行为及其影响因素,目的是为有针对性的开展儿童安全用药普及教育提供依据。方法:通过查询文献和分析预调查(n=30)自行设计问卷,对480名在我院发热门诊就诊的儿童家长为调查对象。结果:儿童家长普遍缺乏用药的相关知识,特别是对抗生素的不良反应及滥用抗生素的危害认识不足。儿童家长最希望得到的医院健康教育方式。结论:加大医院及社会媒体对合理用药的宣传,扩展合理用药健康教育的深度和广度,使患儿家长对用药相关知识的认知水平得到提高。

Objective： To understand the parent of a child medication for children＇s safety drug use and influencing factors, the purpose is to provide the safety basis of medication and education for children.Methods：Through the literature and analysis of pre-inquiry investigations （n=30） designed a questionnaire, the children＇s parents of 480 children＇s parents in our hospital as Investigate target.Results：Children＇s parents generally lack knowledge of the drug, particularly in adverse reactions to antibiotics and lack of knowledge against misuse of antibiotics and urgently hope to get the health education.Conclusions：Increasing the promotion of rational drug use by hospitals and social media, expansion the depth and breadth of health education in rational drug use, in order to improve the knowledge level and the level to children＇s parents in using drug.
