摘要
介绍了一种多路电压检测单元的硬件及软件设计，重点介绍了基于HCNR201的高电压部分的检测方法。给出了试验数据及数据分析结果，证明了该方法检测电压的准确性。
The paper provides the hardware and software design of a multi-channel voltage test unit, it mainly present the method of high voltage test based on HCNR201. Experimental data and results of data analysis are presented, good accuracy of this method to test voltage is proved.
