The law-management and the official-government are two country-administering strategies in ancient China.The politicians and the ideologists in ancient China had formed the idea that the basic strategy of administering the country was law-management and the key was official-government,both of which should be utilized complimentarily.This idea played an important role in ancient China,and it also offered useful lessons and experiences for today.
