阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗塞98例疗效分析

Aspirin and clopidogrel treated cerebral infarction:98 cases efficacy analysis

目的研究阿斯匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗脑梗塞的有效性和安全性。方法选择98例三天内新发脑梗塞患者分为阿司匹林组、氯吡格雷组、氯吡格雷联合阿斯匹林组(治疗组),持续治疗1周,对患者治疗前后分别进行NIHSS评分。结果氯吡格雷联合阿斯匹林组有效率为89.47%;阿斯匹林组总有效率为71.87%.两组间比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗塞,疗效更佳。对于高危组缺血性脑血管病患者有较强的适应症。安全性较高,临床有极少不良反应,未见严重出血事件。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of oral administration of aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction within three days of emergency were divided into the aspirin group, chlorine topiramate Gray group, clopidogrel aspirin group （treatment group）, and were continuously treated for 1 week. NIHSS scoring was carried out before and after treatment. Results ： The effective rate of clopidogrel aspirin group was 89.47% ; the effective rate of aspirin group ,was 71.87%. There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） between the two groups. Conclusion Aspirin Clopidogrel had better effect in treating cerebral infarction. For the high risk group of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease have strong indications. There are high security, very few clinical adverse reactions, no serious bleeding events.
