中西结合治疗椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的评价化学髓核溶解术与中医辨证相结合治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对106例资料完整的颈、腰椎间盘突出者行化学髓核溶解术,术后根据中医辨证使用中药汤剂加减内服、外用和手法按摩。随访最短6个月,最长24个月。按统一的疗效标准进行评价。结果所有病例经治疗均有效,无一复发。结论化学髓核溶解术与中医辨证相结合是治疗椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
