主梁的拱度与刚度一样,直接影响起重机的使用性能与使用寿命。阐述了静刚度要求、上拱度要求、预拱度的制作与检验、零拱度构件等原理。分析了在用桥(门)式起重机拱度的强化及消失和拱度存在的意义。提出了静刚度与挠度测量及处理方法。可供参考。

The arched degree is as the stiffness, which influences directly the performance and usage life of the crane. This paper states the stiffness demand, upper archeddegree demand, making up and checking of pre-arched degree member cte.. It analyzes the wekness and disappearing of the arched degree on the bridge （gantry） crane and significance of the arched degree existing. At last it puts forward the measuring and treating method of the static stiffness and ,which could be referenced.
