摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数及免疫球蛋白(Ig)检测对急性呼吸道感染患儿的诊断、鉴别诊断价值。方法将我院收治的呼吸道感染急性期患儿80例分为细菌感染组、病毒感染组,选同期80例健康儿童作为对照组,比较三组患儿的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)及免疫球蛋白(Ig)含量。结果治疗前细菌组和病毒组的C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、免疫球蛋白含量与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。治疗后CRP有明显下降。结论三种方法联合应用可更准确判断组织炎症及机体受损的程度,有助于及时、准确地反映患者的病情和治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of C-reactive protein ( CRP ), white blood cell count and immunoglobulin ( Ig ) detection in children with acute respiratory infection. Methods 80 cases of children with acute respiratory infections in our hospital were divided into bacterial infection group and viral infection group, and 80 cases of healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group. The white blood cell count, CRP and Ig contents of children in three groups were compared. Results CRP, white blood cell count and Ig of bacterial infection group and viral infection group had significant differences when compared with those of control group before treatment, and CRP decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion Combined detection of three indicators can determine the body tissue inflammation and the extent of damage more accurately, contribute to timely and accurately reflect the patient's condition and treatment effect, and be worthy of clinical application.
