摘要
油田开发后期由于各种原因产生的杂质堵塞地层近井地带孔缝,从而导致油水井产油量和注水量下降,而普通酸洗等措施只能解决井筒及井筒周围非常有限距离的污染问题,对上述问题不能得到根本解决,同时由于处于开发后期地层出现亏空的现象,使正常的洗井工艺无法进行。针对上述实际情况,研发了水力喷射工具,具有利用高压水作为动力液,通过水嘴对堵塞地带进行冲洗,实现解堵的功能和特点,现场应用工艺成功率和有效率均为100%。
In the later stage of oilfield development, the apertures in stratum near oil well are often plugged by impurities produced for many reasons, which leading to the reduction of oil production and water injection rate of oil-water well. While the measures like ordinary acid washing can only solve the pollution of wellbore and near wellbore in limited distance, the above problems can't be solved thoroughly. At the same time, because the stratum voidage at the later stage makes the normal well-washing technology can't work, the water jet tool is developed. Using the high pressure water as power fluid, the plugged zone is washed through water nozzle to achieve the plug removal, and the success rate and efficiency of field application are both 100%.
