According to actual demands of the iPad based wireless doctor workstation, this paper analyzed and solved the technical problems of the PACS image displaying on iPad, designed and implemented the iPad based PACS image displaying system. The paper elaborated the complete solution of this system： the overall framework of the system which was developed using SOA method and the window-leveling algorithm which optimized the image display, and so on. The system meets the requirement of PACS image displaying on iPad, effectively improves the efficiency and quality of medical services.
