The Research and Application of Management Information System in Acceptance Link of Medical Equipment

医疗设备验收是医疗设备生命周期的重要环节,为使医疗设备的运行、使用得到更好的技术保障,总结了以往的实践经验,并借鉴国内其他医院在验收环节方面的做法,对验收环节的定义、必要性等方面进行了分析,制定了全面、完整、实用的信息化系统。系统的实施提高了验收效率,建立了规范化要求,也为我国医院医疗设备质量控制工作开展提供了可借鉴的信息化平台,取得了满意效果。

As the intermediate links of medical equipment life cycle, acceptance link of medical equipment plays a connecting link between the preceding and the important function. For medical equipment ,it is not only performance checks link to quality and capability, also helpful to understand and establish the technical information and management files of medical equipment, which make medical equipment get high quality operation, standard using, and maximum technical support. This paper summarizes previous experience and lessons from the other good practices of acceptance link in the domestic hospital, analyses definition and necessity of acceptance link, formulates a comprehensive, integrated and practical information system, which improves the efficiency of acceptance, establishes the standardization. All that provides some reference information platform for quality control of medical equipment in hospital, and have received satisfactory effect in the actual operation.
