胃癌患者血清MK和VEGF表达及其临床意义的研究

The study on expression and clinical significance of serum MK and VEGF in patients with gastric cancer

目的 检测胃癌患者血清中中期因子（MK）与血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）的表达,探讨MK和VEGF在胃癌中的关系.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法检测59例胃癌患者血清中MK和VEGF的表达情况,并与20例胃炎和20例健康人群对照.结果 胃癌患者外周血中MK、VEGE的阳性表达率均高于对照组,且MK和VEGF在胃癌血清中的表达呈正相关.结论 MK和VEGE在胃癌的发生、发展中起到重要作用,并且两者可能存在一定的协同作用,共同检测可能对于胃癌的治疗和预测预后有重要价值.

Objeclive To detect the expressions of MK and VEGF in serum of patients with gastric cancer, and evaluate the value and the relationship between MK and VEGF. Methods MK and VEGF were determined with enzyme - linked immunosorbent assays in 59 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of gastritis diseases and 20 heathly controls. Results The expression rates of MK and VEGF in serum Of patients with gastric cancer were higher than those of the controls. The expression of MK in the serum of patients with gastric cancer was signi^cantly corre- lated with VEGF. Conclusion MK and VEGF play important roles in the tumor igenesis and progression of gastric cancer, and arc correlated each other and have the high value by combined detection in the prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
