摘要
文章提出采用作者导出的循环倍率关系式作为设计依据来设计CFB锅炉循环系统的方法。循环倍率关系式指明了影响系统循环倍率的各有关因素及影响程度。在此基础上进行系统有关设备如分离器、炉膛等部件的选型与设计,进而动力设计、燃烧设计与传热设计。用此方法设计的CFB锅炉循环系统将能达到预期的固体物料循环量,继而锅炉将能达到额定的出力和燃烧效率等性能指标。
This paper presents a method for the design of CFB boiler's circulating system on the basis of circulating-ratio's expression, which indicates influencing factors and extent. By use of the expression the correlative equipment such as the furnace, cyclone and so on are selected and designed, and the power, combustion and heat transfer can also be designed. With this method the desired solid flow rate of CFB boiler can be obtained. Then CFB boiler's properties such as MCR, combustion efficiency etc. can be achieved.
