摘要
中国管理哲学研究已近30年,经历了产生、热议、徘徊、转向和突破。其学术轨迹可概括为:马克思主义哲学庇护下的管理哲学;多样性发展的管理哲学;中国传统文化的管理哲学因子的现代阐发。其最焦点的问题是管理哲学的合法性问题。管理哲学与哲学、管理的互动使其经历了由明确化、体系化的界定到更深入分析管理哲学的问题域的转向。
Our management philosophy of China have been into for 30 years,which is experienced a generation,hot,hovering,steering and breakthroughs.Its academic trajectories can be summarized as follows:under the protection of Marxist philosophy philosophy of management;diversity of the development of management philosophy;Chinese traditional culture and management philosophy of the modern exposition.The problem is that most focus on the legality of management philosophy.Management philosophy and the philosophy,management and an interaction between these three,which makes management philosophy experienced by the clarification of the system of the defined period to more in-depth analysis of the problem domain management philosophy during the shift.
