圣徒殉道、强人治村、多元致富——当代文学中的村干部形象谱系考察

Martyrdom of Saints Strongman Governance Multiple Wealth-achievement——The Study on the Village Cadres' Image Genealogy in the Modern Literature

在当代文学的历时考察中,分阶段地选取村干部典型,总体勾连出村干部的人物系谱;在当代文学与社会、经济、历史变迁的互文阐释中,爬梳出见证乡村变革,始终革命在最广袤土地上亦民亦干的群落;勾勒出中国革命方阵序列里被湮没与遗忘的村干部群体,探求其在思想、政经、改革与工作中的甜酸苦辣,映证圣徒殉道、强人治村、多元致富乃至村官下派、学生村官是怎样成为中国社会变迁的表意结构,成为确证中国革命、社会历史嬗变的知识框架、认识装置,如何与后者形成内在呼应,并彰显中国革命的曲折道路。

Basing on the study of the modern literature,the author selects some typical village cadres by stages and forms the image genealogy of the village cadres;Basing on the intertextual interpretation among society,economy,history changes and modern literature,the article analyzes the special cadres group of people who witnessed the transformations of the rural areas and carries out the revolution in the vast land.It also sketcheses the whole contours of the overshadowed village cadres in Chinese revolutionary phalanx,exploring the sweets and bitters in the fields of ideology,politics,economy,revolution,emotion and work,which explains how the ideograph structure of the Chinese social transformation formed through the Martyrdom of the Saints,strongman governance,and the multiple wealth-achievement,even by sending a certain number of town cadres or some outstanding university graduates to the village as office.All the mentioned above organizes the knowledge frame and facility of the revolution and history change of China,and both of them echo mutually,and reveal the the tortuous roads of Chinese revolution
