摘要
广播电视网络和互联网的快速发展,促进了音视频内容的广泛传播。但视频内容的盗版问题越来越成为新业务开展的瓶颈。如何有效保护内容提供商的利益,实现视频内容版权的追踪溯源,已经成为视频内容新服务是否能够进一步开展需要迫切解决的问题。本文研究了内容检索技术、网络爬虫技术、基于关键字的内容搜索技术,提出一个基于网络的视频内容检索与盗版溯源技术方案。
With UGC website’s appearance and P2P content distribution technique’s rapid development,Contents of audio and video have propagated widely.Contents’ copyright is a problem for all concerned.How to safeguard content provider’s benefi ts and how to realize copyright recalling have become issues to be resolved urgently.The essay has put forward a technical scheme of video content retrieval and pirate recalling based on network.
