摘要
本文以韩国七次教育改革为轴线,对外语教育政策的制约因素及其相互关系进行多维分析及评述,引以借鉴,引以促进我们对外语教育政策制定及其政策落实运作规律的认识,理性对待外语教育教学工作。
This paper, taking seven education reforms in Republic of Korea as the axis, analyzes the multi-dimensional constraints on foreign language education policy. The aim of this article is to promote our understanding of the foreign language education policy and its implementation.
