摘要
目的比较不同的M受体激动剂或M受体亚型拮抗剂对[3H]QNB与家兔虹膜中M受体竞争结合的影响。方法放射性配基受体结合试验。结果M受体激动剂和M受体亚型拮抗剂均可抑制[3H]QNB与家兔虹膜中M受体的结合,呈剂量依赖性。激动剂对其抑制的强度依次为:丁公藤碱>乙酰奎宁>毛果芸香碱,亚型拮抗剂对其抑制的强度依次为:4DAMP>PZ>galamine。结论m3受体亚型在兔缩瞳的药理作用中起重要作用。
AIM To compare effects of the M receptor subtype agonists and antagonists on the specific QNB binding to the M receptor subtype of rabbit iris. METHODS Radioligand receptor binding assay. RESULTS All agents inhibited the specific binding between QNB and M receptor of rabbit iris. The more the dose increased, the more the effect increased. The order of inhibitory potency of M receptor agonists is erycibele alkaloid>aceclidine>pilocarpine, the order of antagonists is 4 DAMP>pirenzepine>gallamine. CONCLUSION M 3 receptor subtype is predominant in miosis effect of rabbit.
