摘要
提出了一种离心泵叶轮的计算机辅助设计方法,给出了保证叶轮流道光顺的几何模型;在按过水断面面积变化规律设计叶轮流道时,对轴面流道和叶片同时进行设计,使得最终设计出的叶轮轴面流道和叶片所确定的叶轮流道的过水断面面积分布情况精确地符合设计目标。本文为提高离心泵叶轮的设计质量及效率提供了一个新的方法。
A method of CAD (Computer Aided Design) for centrifugal pump impelleris given in this article. Using the method, the sleek impeller flow channel with continuous curvature is gained. In accordance with the area-distributing pattern of flow-liquid fracture given by designers, two steps, axial channel curves design step and vane design step, are made crossly programming to ensure the real area distributing of flow-liquid fracture determined by the shapes of the designed axial channel and the vane tallying with the given pattern. The algorithm has been realized. A CAD method for improving design quality and efficiency of centrifugal pump impeller is provided.
