1986～1996年福建省居民恶性肿瘤死亡回顾分析

The Review Analysis on Death of Cancer Diseases of Fujian Resident in 19861996

对福建省居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况进行了回顾分析，结果提示：城市居民恶性肿瘤死亡率处于下降趋势，农村则处于上升趋势。通过三个年代癌死亡谱的比较，可看出肺癌死亡率上升最快，宫颈癌下降最多，肝癌升至恶性肿瘤的第一位死因。男性死亡率高于女性，性比值为１．９９∶１。中老年人是暴露于某些危险因素的高危人群。分析还显示，恶性肿瘤死亡率有着非常明显的地区差异。

The death status of cancer diseases of Fujian residents in 1986￣1996 was reviewed and analysed.The results revealled that the cancer mortality of urbanites was in declining tendency.Whereas the mortality in rural area showed an increasing tendency.It was found from the mortality table of different cancer diseases in last three decades that the mortality of lung cancer increased rapidly.The mortality of cervix cancer decreased most greatly.The highest motality was the liver cancer.The mortality in male population was higher than that in female population.The sexual ratio was 1.991.The people in middle and senior age were the highly dangerous population who exposured to some harmful factors.The analysis also indicated that there was an obvious region difference of cancer mortality.
