基于演化动力学的专业市场与产业集群互动机理的理论与应用研究——以“义乌商圈”为例

A Study on Mechanism of the Interaction between Specialized Market and Industrial Clusters based on Evolutionary Dynamics:Taking Yiwu Business Circle for Example

专业市场与产业集群互动发展,是推动区域经济增长的重要动力。基于经济社会系统竞争合作动力机制,本文尝试性地从演化动力学角度建构了专业市场与产业集群协同演化互动的理论分析框架和模型,以揭示专业市场与产业集群互动的内在演化机理及实现机制。分析结果表明,专业市场与产业集群的互动是一个由竞争合作协同机制驱动的协同演化结构与过程。在此过程中,微观个体之间、宏观系统之间以及个体与系统之间的相互协作、相互适应、相互影响和相互依存,内生性地推动专业市场与产业集群互动模式从合作协同型、竞合协同型向竞争协同型转换,由此促使两者的互动层级从微观向微宏观耦合进而多层级融合跃迁,互动阶段也从萌芽形成期向成长发展期、再到成熟再发展期转换与递演。最后,以"义乌商圈"为例,实证检验了上述理论分析框架与模型,由此进一步揭示了"义乌商圈"的历史演进过程及其协同演化特征。

It is a common knowledge that specialized market and industrial clusters have played an unique role in promoting region economic growth since 1980’s.And also,in this process,the interaction between specialized market and industrial clusters has become a special economic phenomenon in the process of regional economy growth.For this reason,scholars have spent a lot of time on studying the phenomena which lasts three decades.However,these studies have not revealed the interactive mechanism between specialized market and industrial clusters thoroughly.In fact,it is important to make use of evolutionary methods to study the economic system evolution-process.As we have discovered,the co-evolution theory which emerged and developed gradually in recent years has been a groundbreaking research and tools for the analysis of economic and social development,and also to be a useful complement or challenge to mainstream economics.Based on co-evolution theory paradigm,this paper builds a multi-level multi-stage co-evolution interaction theoretical model and computer simulation technology to reveal the general rules and special evolutionary mechanisms of specialized market and industrial clusters interactive development.The results show that the interaction between specialized market and industrial clusters is a multi-stage process which contains the micro,middle and macro levels of interaction.Different inter-actor promotes the interaction model from a rule-type,intermediate-type to be the random-type endogenously with the help of knowl-edge growth and diffusion,learning and the selection mechanism,meanwhile,this process helps the interaction convert from the bud-formation,growth-development to further development stage.After that,the paper analyzes the evolutionary process and characters of ＂Yiwu Business Circle＂.In this part,we find that the evolution path of ＂Yiwu Business Circle＂ is quietly similar to the theoretical frame-work which has been mentioned above.Consequently,it is proved that this paper has found a new angle to study the mechanism of the interaction between specialized market and industrial Clusters.At the end,we bring about some conclusions and also point out a few drawbacks to our study.
